The Prairie View Athletic Club's next regular meeting will convene on Sunday
evening, November 20, 2005, 7:00 P.M. in the Alumni House (located at the
intersection of University Drive and Business Hwy 290).

We have not reached our goal of 70 members. I have enclosed a stamped,
self-addressed return envelope in the correspondence of those members who were
active last fiscal year 2004-05, to help facilitate your reply. The dues are the same
as last year ($100 for single memberships and $150 for husband and wife.)

Please be reminded that the Labor Day Classic that was postponed on August 3,
2005, will be re-instituted on November 25, 2005. We will be issued the same
amount of tickets that we purchased for August 3. Please come to the meeting so
you won't be left out. The bus will leave the Alumni House at 11:30 A.M. and return
shortly after the game. If any of your relatives or friends wish to participate in all of
the festivities, the cost will be $100, per person. If a non-member wishes to ride the
bus only, his/her cost will be $10.

The consultant for Sunday's meeting will be Coach Alicia Pete, Assistant Athletic
Director, and the Women's Volleyball Team members.

All members present may bring salads, drinks and/or desserts for consumption.
The Club will furnish the entree dish. Your cooperation is appreciated.
